Surgical Technician

Jul 83 - Jun 85         North Texas Medical Center, McKinney, TX

               Operating Room and E.R Technician

               All scrubbed and circulating duties in general, ob/gyn, orthopedic,

               urological, and plastic surgeries.  In addition,  Accepted duties as

               E.R. Technician, and had emergency surgery on-call duties 2-5

               days a week.

Jun 82 - Aug 91        United States Air Force Reserve, and Guard., Hensley Field, TX

               NCOIC of the Treatment Room

               Graduated from Basic Training, completed further training for

               Surgical Service Specialist, and was assigned to the 136th TAC

               Hospital in Dallas.  Selected as NCOIC of the treatment room,

               assigned cargo courier duties.

               Awarded Adjutant General's Individual Award for Distinguished

               Meritorious Achievement and Outstanding Service, and the State

               of Texas Faithful Service Medal.
