Years of experience in the design, implementation, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft and Citrix solutions utilizing ALL current versions of Microsoft Server 2003, 2000, Metaframe 4.0 and 3.0, XPe, NFUSE, CSG, Winframe, Cluster, Active Directory, Terminal Server, Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server, Windows NT 4.0, VMWare, NetIQ, IIS, SQL, Oracle, and Novell Netware. EXPERIENCE
5/2004-Present Several short Sr. System Administrator/Architectural positions assisting with migrations and server farm optimization. Including work with the U.S. Naval Intelligence at the Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, Texas. In Fort Worth I cleaned-up a badly neglected collection of Citrix and Windows 2000 server farms over several sites, optimized Active Directory, and assisted with a consolidation migration to Citrix. For Temple-Inland, I performed a similar clean-up and tune-up operation in a mid sized server farm (100+ Citrix Metaframe XP Servers). Propped-up old Metaframe XP farms and built a new MPS 3.0 farm for Atos Origin, working for a Dallas based health provider, I stabilized a badly neglected collection of five Metaframe XP and 1.8 server farms while collaborating with an external contractor to roll-out a new 160+ server Citrix MPS 4.0 farm to replace them. Today I am working for a Platinum Citrix Partner designing and deploying new and upgrade Citrix 4.0 and VMWare projects for many companies large and small. My methodology is based on standardization and adherence to proven best practices and my process is one of carefully orchestrated collaboration.
